I came across this easy to make cauliflower pizza crust. After making it several times because, hey, my family loves pizza, I have discovered a few things that make it consistently perfect.

The recipe for the perfect cauliflower pizza crust includes:

  • 2 cups of grated cauliflower – I use a box grater like this
  • 1 Cup of Mozzarella and 1 Cup of Parmesan
  • An Egg
  • 2 Tsp Italian Seasoning and a dash of garlic

Parchment paper is a must for making this perfect cauliflower pizza crust. It makes transferring the crust from the pan to the drying rack a breeze. I actually went to Wally World with the exclusive goal of acquiring a drying rack. As Wally World is 45 minutes from my house, this is kind of a big deal. Of course I did make other purchases while I was there because, hey, who can justify a 3 hour round trip for just a drying rack right?

Being as I am trying to keep my carb intake low, I like to add pepperoni and cheese. But hamburger or sausage would also work well.  In my other high carb life I loved sauteed onions and bell peppers. Though jalapenos are still on the list of toppings I adore. And anchovies might be a good choice. What? You don’t like anchovies? Just kidding.
